What is changing for ARI10 Exchange?

From 1 July 2026, a new regulatory chapter begins for some crypto-asset market participants under the MiCA Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114).

In connection with this, ARI10 Exchange is ending its current form, and we are beginning a new chapter: selected services will be provided by WEB3 Technology B.V. - an entity authorised to provide crypto-asset services (CASP), issued by the Dutch supervisory authority AFM under number 41000022.

In connection with regulatory changes, Bitcan sp. z o.o., the operator of ARI10 Exchange, will cease operating as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) at the end of the day on 30 June 2026.

The purpose of this notice is to explain what this change means for users and what steps are worth taking before the new chapter begins.

What does this mean for you?

Until 30 June 2026, you can continue to use ARI10 Exchange under the existing terms. After this date:

  • entering into new transactions will not be possible; however, funds held in your account will still be available for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable procedure,
  • the current form of ARI10 Exchange will end.

Funds held in your account remain safe. We recommend withdrawing all funds before 30 June 2026.

How to withdraw funds?

You can withdraw funds held in your ARI10 Exchange account in two ways: by selling crypto-assets and withdrawing funds to a bank account, or by transferring crypto-assets to your own external wallet. Below you will find instructions for the web version and the mobile application.

Option 1

To withdraw funds to a bank account, click Sell.

After entering the amount and withdrawal currency, select the bank account to which you want to withdraw funds.

If you are adding a withdrawal account for the first time, it must be verified. To do so, please add a payment confirmation (outgoing transfer) or an account statement in PDF format. The document must not be older than 3 months and must show the account number and the name of the account holder. Screenshots are not accepted.

To finalise the transaction, check the Summary details, then click Confirm and sell.

Withdrawals from sales are processed via standard bank transfer on business days, between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. The time it takes for funds to be credited to your bank account depends on the incoming and outgoing sessions at both banks.

Option 2

To withdraw funds to your own external wallet, go to the Your cryptocurrencies section (below Balances), enter the transfer details and click Send.

In the mobile version, the Send option can be found by clicking the three dots in the Balance section.

In accordance with the Travel Rule, the cryptocurrency wallet address must first be verified. Please be reminded that, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, cryptocurrency transfers to external wallet addresses belonging to third parties are not permitted.

For a cryptocurrency wallet address to be successfully verified, you must add a file containing the following information:

  • wallet address,
  • wallet balance,
  • recent wallet history.

In the web version, the file should be added under the File tab, and Other should be selected as the file type.

If you are using a mobile device, go to the Profile tab (user icon in the top right corner), then Settings. Under the System settings section, go to the Settings tab, select the file type (Wallet ownership confirmation) and upload it.
