Monika Kaczmarek Represents ARI10 at CX Transformation 10th Edition

ARI10 continues investing in team capability development. Our Customer Support Manager, Monika Kaczmarek, represented ARI10 at the 10th CX Transformation conference in Warsaw (2–3rd December).

For ARI10, security, transparency, and people development have always been core. Monika's participation in CX Transformation 10 is another milestone on that path. The two-day event, held in Warsaw, brought together leaders in customer and employee experience to discuss how to govern CX and EX within modern organizations and how to weave both into a Total Experience approach.

Key takeaways from Monika’s attendance:

  • CX Governance: Turning CX from a one-off project into a durable, operating model. At ARI10, we will adapt our processes to a governance structure that ensures consistent, long-term outcomes.
  • Total Experience: Integrating customer and employee experience in daily practice. We will continue pushing toward a unified ecosystem that strengthens both CX and EX.
  • Technologies and AI: Using data, automation, and AI to better listen to the voices of customers and employees and to accelerate change. We plan to deploy solutions that support listening analytics and automation to improve efficiency and responsiveness.

This conference reminded us that decisions and processes must be data-driven and grounded in a conscious focus on the experiences of all stakeholders. The event translated into concrete ideas we can implement at ARI10 to listen more effectively and support our e-commerce and institutional customers.
