On Friday, December 5th, 2025, our team gathered at The Best Food Cooking Academy in Poznań for a Christmas celebration that traded formality for creativity. The plan? Master Thai cuisine together. The result? Something far more valuable than perfectly executed Pad Thai.

There's something beautifully leveling about putting on aprons and facing unfamiliar recipes as a team. In the kitchen, job titles fade away. We chopped, stirred, and laughed our way through Tom Yum Goong soup, Pad Thai, Gai Pad Med with cashews, and mango mousse.

Some dishes turned out restaurant-worthy. Others were learning experiences. All of them were made together, and that made them perfect.
Company culture isn't what you write in a handbook – it's what happens when the workday ends and your team still chooses to be together. That evening, we saw our values come alive: collaboration over cutting boards, creativity in adapting recipes, and genuine care for one another.

As we packed up our aprons, full of Thai food and good memories, one thing was clear: the Spirit of Christmas we celebrated isn't confined to December. It's the same spirit we bring to work every day – treating each other with kindness, celebrating together, and building something meaningful as a team.
Here's to more moments like these, and to a culture where connection is always on the menu.
