Today, we're raising the bar for regulated crypto infrastructure in Central Eastern Europe.

We are proud to announce that we have secured a MiCA License (Markets in Crypto-Assets) - a transformative milestone for ARI10 and the entire Central Eastern European crypto ecosystem. The CASP license was granted by the Dutch regulator to WEB3 Technology B.V.
As the first fully operational crypto-asset company in our region to achieve CASP license, we have successfully aligned our entire operations with MiCA's rigorous requirements - a process that demanded over a year of intensive preparation.
MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) is the EU's comprehensive regulatory framework for crypto-asset service providers. It establishes unified European standards across all 27 EU member states, introducing transparent requirements for operational safeguards, capital standards, asset custody, transaction processing, and risk disclosure.
CASP (Crypto-Asset Service Provider) is an entity providing professional crypto-asset services as defined in the EU Regulation MiCA.
For Enterprises and Institutions:
For Our Ecosystem:
For eight years, we've built ARI10 on a foundation of compliance and innovation. Our MiCA License is not a destination - it's the beginning of our expansion. Now, we're positioned to:
MiCA's implementation has fundamentally transformed Europe's crypto industry by creating a level playing field for compliant operators and protecting consumers and enterprises alike. This creates unprecedented opportunities for compliant operators to scale responsibly and build trust with enterprises, regulators, and consumers alike.
We're committed to leveraging this license to deepen institutional partnerships, strengthen our transaction processing capabilities, and continue building the trusted crypto infrastructure that Europe needs.
It's time to build the future of fintech for Central Eastern Europe. Thank you for being part of this journey!
Best regards,
Team ARI10
