As an authorised crypto-asset service provider under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation, WEB3 Technology B.V. is required to identify and mitigate conflicts of interest that may negatively impact its customers. In cases where a specific conflict cannot be fully mitigated, WEB3 Technology B.V. will disclose those conflicts and the steps taken to address them here.

- WEB3 Technology B.V. and individuals or entities directly or indirectly linked to it,
- Members of the management body,
- Employees,
- Customers,
- Two or more customers whose mutual interests conflict.
At this time, WEB3 Technology B.V. has not identified any conflicts of interest that have not been sufficiently mitigated.
